On Saturday, Prime Minister Hamsa Abdi Barre inaugurated the newly reconstructed road connecting Hoosh to ex-control Afgoye, traversing three districts in the Banadir region.
During his address, Prime Minister Barre underscored the pivotal role of security in the capital’s advancement, emphasizing how the newly constructed road signifies progress and stability.
Acknowledging the efforts of the Banadir Regional administration and security agencies, he thanked them for their dedication to revitalizing and securing the capital’s urban landscape.
“Peace is synonymous with beauty. Accessible roads are the arteries of peace, fostering economic growth and enhancing the city’s aesthetics,” remarked Prime Minister Hamsa.
Encouraging civic responsibility, the Prime Minister urged Somali citizens to contribute to the nation’s development by paying taxes and participating in communal efforts to rebuild and serve their communities.
